| In the financial management of modern enterprises,working capital management plays an important role.Enterprises can maintain powerful vitality,and seize market opportunities quickly,which is closely related to the strong liquidity and revolving of working capital.With the economic development of our country entering the "new normal" period,construction enterprises are facing the challenge of comprehensively deepening the reform,and the increasingly fierce market competition has given birth to a series of problems.Construction enterprises often do not pay enough attention to the management of working capital,lack of favourable management ability,at the same time,the problems such as high ratio of assets and liabilities and poor ability to resist risks are also more prominent.Enterprises only keep on optimizing the operating mode of working capital and improving the management level of working capital can we keep up with the pace of market changes and promote the growth of enterprises better and faster.However,the traditional working capital management concepts and methods have been difficult to adapt to the complex and diverse market environment.At present,the channel management theory,supply chain management theory,The new management mode,such as customer relationship management theory,is the new development trend of working capital management.In view of this,this paper chooses ZS construction company as the object of case study of working capital management,mainly by literature research and case study,and makes a comprehensive analysis on the working capital management of ZS construction company.From the point of view of supply chain,this paper reclassifies the accounting subjects related to the working capital of construction enterprises,and makes the relationship between the funds in each link of the supply chain more clear.Through the research,it is found that the working capital advance period of ZS construction company is long in the process of bidding and purchasing,and the enterprise reputation is affected by the delay in the payment payable;in the production and construction link,the production cost is high and the cash week is caused by the unscientific management method of the product;the completion of settlement link accounts receivable huge,slow return speed.From the external point of view,by the influence of national policies and industry development,from the internal point of view,it is attributed to the lack of advanced working capital management consciousness,the absence of a systematic working capital management system and the lack of personnel training.Based on this,this paper starts with the problems of the construction supply chain,puts forward the feasible improvement measures,strengthens the communication with the suppliers beforehand,establishes the modern supply chain inventory management system,and implements the centralized control of funds.Develop new sources of financing;establish a sound accounts receivable management system after the event and start from the supply chain Process optimization design from the angle of view.We hope that through this study,to a certain extent,the feasibility of the proposed ZS construction company working capital management pattern can effectively speed up the working capital revolving rate and efficiency,thereby reducing the company’s capital management caused by improper financial risk,and ultimately improve the market competitiveness of the company,also can provide reference for similar small and medium sized construction company. |
