| Automobile engine is the heart of automobile,and oil pump is one of the key parts of engine.With the continuous improvement of automobile level,its development speed is also speeding up.The traditional test system is difficult to meet its performance test requirements,so it is necessary to research and develop an automatic testing system suitable for modern testing.Firstly,the paper expounds the structure and working principle of the oil pump,and determines its comprehensive test indicators,including pressure characteristics,rotational speed characteristics,pressure-limiting valve opening characteristics,corresponding to the different speed points to draw pressure-flow characteristics curve,different pressure points to draw the rotational speed-flow characteristic curve and the pressure value of opening limit valve.Secondly,in accordance with the People’s Republic of China Machinery Industry JB/T 8886-1999 "engine oil Pump test method" and an enterprise’s research and development requirements of the overall design,including the main control unit,speed control unit,adjusting unit and temperature control unit.The main control unit is responsible for the normal operation of the whole system,coordinates all the links in order;The speed control unit controls the speed of the oil pump by controlling the frequency of the motor;The adjusting unit adjusts the electric regulating valve and the pneumatic ball valve,and realizes the flow switch and the pressure stability adjustment.The temperature control unit is used to accurately stabilize the controlling medium and simulate the real temperature environment.The system test software includes Man-machine interface and PLC test software.Finally,to ensure the stability of the outlet pressure during the test,added the PID control algorithm,introduced the parameter setting process;and repeated tests on the detection equipment using the standard pump provided by the enterprise,according to the machine capability index,which satisfies the design requirements. |
