Research On Digital Control System For PT Fuel Pump Test Bench

PT fuel pump is one of the components of diesel engine fuel injection system to control and supply fuel. The PT fuel pump test bench is the critical equipment for adjusting and testing the PT-pump of diesel engine. So whether the check is accurate will directly affect the economy, dynamic performance, and emission performance etc. every technical indexes. It is also of important practical meaning to high-efficiently utility and save energy. So many companies at home and aboard laid great emphasis on the research of PT-pump test benches. They always use the new technology and improve the test benches according to standard so that the benches can meet the demands to develop and improve the technology.On the base of the original benches of Northeast Forestry University, the paper has developed the digital dontrol system for PT fuel pump test bench . It carries out the constructure of two-level control system and strategy of centralized management and decentralized control. The paper mainly states the mind and the method of fuzzy and speed control. The paper has used variable frequency speed regulation technology which is commonly used in industrial control area. With PLC, frequency converter, speed sensor, and computer, the paper has constructed a close-loop control system to motor speed. It uses fuzzy controller to improve the accuracy of the speed. The paper also uses Kingview to design the display and control interface, which is convenient for operations, which can display the data on the screem and also can make the effect more vertical and exact.
