Research On Design Method Of Cruise Cabin Sanitary Unit Based On Modular Theory

With the continuous improvement of economic strength and the income level of the people,the cruise travel has become an important choice for people to enjoy leisure and entertainment.The rapid development of cruise travel industry has stimulated our own determination to carry out the design and construction of the liner.The design of liner is a huge project,and the design of all kinds of cabins is an important link in the design of liner.Among them,the sanitary unit of the cabin of the liner is one of the cabin spaces where most accessible and most frequently used by passengers in liner,and the degree of its design is closely related to the cruise experience of the cruise passengers.The modular design method has unique advantages in simplifying the design process and improving the design efficiency.Therefore,the modular design and construction of liner is the only way for China to design and build liner independently.First of all,this thesis analyzes and studies the existing modular theory and modular design concept,and discusses the research and application results of the existing modular theory.The following contents are emphatically analyzed and studied,such as the nature and classification of modules,the basic concept of modularization,the method and means of modular design,etc.After that,through the field investigation of the sanitary units of domestic and foreign liner and civil aviation passenger aircraft,the modular design analysis and research of the sanitary units of these two kinds of vehicles are carried out.The necessity and feasibility of modular design of sanitary unit in the cabin of liner are analyzed from the following aspects,including standardization degree,function requirement and personality demand.This thesis combines the existing modular theory and design method with the analysis and research results of the sanitary unit in the cabin of the liner,and creatively proposes a modular design method suitable for space products.It mainly includes space module partition and selection method,function module partition method,function module design method,whole design element limit and so on.Taking the sanitary unit in the cabin of a certain type of liner as an example,this thesis applies the modular design method obtained by researching to the practical design work,and verifies its practicability and correctness.Based on the modularization theory,this thesis takes the sanitary unit in the cabin of the liner as the research object,and tries to explore the modular design method which is suitable for the sanitary unit in the cabin of the liner by combining the existing modular design method and the idea.It provides experience and reference for the design of this kind of cabin space.
