The modular shipbuilding concept has great significance and influence on ship design,manufacturing ideology and maintenance management methods,and is a major driving force for ship development.The application of modular technology permeates all aspects of ship manufacturing,from the whole to the part,including control systems,automation systems,electromechanical devices,outfitting equipment,etc.,and all show high-quality results and powerful advantages,and the development trend is bright.This is of great practical significance for the integrated construction of the ship's hull.This paper aims to improve the capacity of preloading and to study the relationship between the construction cycle and the production efficiency of outfitting groups on ships,so as to make the shipbuilding industry in China compete fiercely.We will further improve production efficiency and competitiveness.Through the optimization method of modular application and the optimization inside the module,the design level of outfitting modularization is improved,and the modularization construction of outfitting is competitive.The optimization measures of drawing planning using the priority principle and Johnson rule can ensure the smooth and consistent design of the designers and improve the competitiveness of China in the international shipbuilding market.In this paper,a number of innovations have been made in the study of technical ideas,key technologies and system integration,which provide new ideas and methods for the wide application of ship modularization in the field of ship construction.1.The outfitting group moves forward: According to the examples,the problems and their causes in the current application of outfitting modularization are listed.The rules of outfitting modularization are listed comprehensively,and the scheme for outfitting modularization is provided.The principle of modularization is applied to make the group stand and part of the assembly into a module.The installation process of part of the assembly parts will be advanced to further improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the work.The innovation point is to divide the assembly of the assembly parts by combining the principles of the ship design and construction process of the DAP(segmented detailed assembly process)and applying its method of expressing the assembly order of the parts.The outfitting group was used to move forward and put forward the method of drawing out the outfitting group,and according to the actual case of the outfitting group,some of the outfitting pieces that could be moved forward were summarized and collated.Finally,a set of group forward and forward migration methods was compiled.2.Optimization of integrated design methods within modularization: By taking thermal well units and pumping unit as examples,the internal design optimization of cabinet units and medium and large units is detailed: In order to better ensure the PSPC requirements,The principle of integration is applied to draw the pipe support and electrical parts as part of the cabinet to reduce the later welding work,thus better ensuring the integrity of the paint.The principle of integrated design and the principle of overall design are used to optimize the design of the assembly parts and pipe supports of medium and large units,so as to greatly save the support angle steel of the pipe supports,and to save materials to a greater extent and avoid duplication.At the same time,it also reduced the weight of some empty ships,making the entire design more simple and beautiful,and the construction is more convenient and easy.The design,manufacture and management of outfitting can be optimized and improved.And have an impact on the entire process.3.Drawings planning optimization based on priority principle and Johnson rule: Through the study of some problems in the current drawing planning arrangement,the optimization of drawing planning arrangements that follow priority rules and Johnson rules is proposed.The optimized drawing plan can better ensure the consistency of the design department's drawing and on-site construction installation,ease the pressure of the design workers 'drawing,reduce the waste of human and material resources,improve the production efficiency and better ensure the entire shipbuilding cost.
