| Residential construction is of vital importance in the life of people,with more than half of the time in your life will be spent in residential buildings,residential buildings of indoor air quality is deeply affect people’s physical and mental health.In summer and hot and cold winter,due to the bad weather conditions,people feel hot and humid in summer,cold in winter,and in the transition season,there are often harmful human health effects such as mildew.With the improvement of people’s living conditions,people also more and more high to the requirement of living environment,the problem of winter and summer people through a series of air conditioning means to control and improve,but the transition season is still lack of effective control method.This article first introduces the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter region and its influence on hmnan body comfort,secondly summarizes the commonly used several methods of dehumidification principle,and introduces the predecessors’ research status quo of frozen,solution,wheel dehumidifier.The mathematical model of freezing,solution and dehumidification is introduced.In order to understand the hot summer and cold winter region people’s satisfaction with the of residential indoor air environment,using the network in the form of a questionnaire investigation,a total of 366 copies of questionnaire,the vast majority of residents in the area with hot summer and cold winter of transition seasons of indoor air environment are not satisfied,not satisfied with the reasons are mainly concentrated in let a person feel hot and wet.This article chose a high-rise building of nanjing city of jiangsu province as the simulation object,is firstly established by using Energyplus building model and enter the calculation parameters,after using meteorological simulation software of nanjing area year-round climate is simulated,by combining architectural model and meteorological parameters,it is concluded that the moisture load situation of residential construction,thus the dehumidification equipment type selection.In this simulation,the three kinds of dehumidification methods were set 45%,55%and 65%respectively.The simulation results show that there is no need for separate dehumidification in summer and winter under the existing temperature control methods.Using the above simulation results,combining with the nanjing electricity system,under various working conditions can be concluded that the transition season running costs,combined with the initial investment is using cost in value with the result of all economic analysis,to select the most economical suitable operation condition of residential architecture. |
