The technology of commercial concrete is an exotic product that originated in Britain in the last century and was introduced to China in the early 1980 s.In recent 30 years,with the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the amount of urban infrastructure increased dramatically and the fast continuous development of concrete industry was promoted.The standard concept of environmentally friendly green construction requirement is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Especially in recent years,the concrete industry has more development opportunities under the strong support of national policy.and the development scale continuously extend.The number of the companies is up to tens of thousands.But at the same time,the unbalanced development of the minority areas has brought many problems,such as different scale levels of enterprise,low industrial concentration,and some provinces and regions arose serious vicious competition.Proceeding from actual conditions,taking Yunnan H concrete company as the research objects and cases,the development strategy of Yunnan H concrete company is studied in this paper by using strategic management and other related theories,and applying analysis tools in strategic analysis such as the Macro Environment Analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,and SWOT Analysis.On the basis of the analysis of internal and external environment of Yunnan H concrete company,strategic choice for its development in the industry is made and the development strategy of H concrete company are put forwarded from firm level and management level.After the research,it is believed that H company is suitable for the strategy of “Growth”,and following the strategic choice and strategic implementation safeguard measures,in-depth researches are made and the company development goals of “do big,do fine,do stronger,do excellent” and strategic implementation process are set out.The study aims to make Yunnan H concrete companies more effective in adapting to the market,avoiding greater risks and taking a larger share of the market.
