| As an important type of the classic garden constructions of regions south of the Yangtze River,the boat has been endowed with abundant symbolic connotations ever since it occurred,the boat-like pavilions formed through stimulation of boats are more likely to be a realistic or abstract result similar to the boats that the constructors wanted to reach,seen from the entirety of gardens,boat is a component that builds the emotions and prospect of the nurserymen,and this is also the ensemble reached through the interactions between it and the space environment.Most researches on the boat-like pavilions nowadays are limited to the realistic stone boats in general sense,their architectural shape and structure or aesthetic significance are mainly studied,while there has been few research on the summary of their types or with a view to their environmental space.With the boat-like pavilions of classic gardens of regions south of the Yangtze River,this thesis broke through the layer in which the boat-like pavilions are researched as individuals and extended them into the whole environmental space of gardens,first of all,the historic developments of them were teased,and classified explanations were made for their basic architectural shapes and structures and their pictographic characters;the research emphasis started from the space angle,first of all,analysis was made through 3 levels,namely site selection and environmental elements of boat-like pavilions in the whole garden environment and perception changes of people to research the composition and artistic conception of boat-like pavilions and interaction relationships between them and the outer environmental space,then started from the inner space of the constructions and through the analysis of spatial relationships,spatial detail treatment and expression and spatial awareness of people inside the constructions,the spatial experience of inner environment of the constructions and interinfiltration functions between theinner and outer spaces were researched;At the end of the article,2 newly-built modern stone boats were selected as the cases to conduct analysis and research to explore the application and innovation of traditional methods in the modern boat-like pavilions in combination with the analysis of environmental space of boat-like pavilions in classic gardens of regions south of the Yangtze River. |
