Economic growth form of differentiation is obvious throughout the world’s economic development patterns.The traditional economic development model is no longer adapt to the new economic development trend.For example,the construction industry consumes large amounts of natural resources and energy for economic growth,which adds to resource shortages and environmental degradation.When people began to realize the importance of sustainable development,a new type of construction-green architecture comes into people’s lives.Green architecture can save resources,protect the environment at the highest degree,provides people with healthy,comfortable and efficient use of space,and the natural harmonious coexistence of architecture.Green architecture is the inevitable developing trend of construction industry in the future.However,the construction phase is the most critical stage of resource consumption and environmental pollution.Therefore,promoting green construction is of great significance to the sustainable development of construction industry.In order to better promote the development and application of green construction,on the basis of having read a large number of literature reviews and field researches,the dissertation analyzes the world’s developing process of green architecture and green construction movements and its present situations in modern China.Then the author introduces the correlative theories and ideas of economics to delve into the green construction cost-benefit and comprehensive evaluation of green construction,which objectively reflect the benefits of green construction projects.First of all,the dissertation calculates the actual costs of green construction project and analysis green construction cost by the principle of value engineering.According to the calculated value coefficient,the dissertation put forward the measure of the cost control.Secondly,it constructs a target model of maximum benefits of green construction and calculates the construction enterprise target efficiency as well as government incentives and subsidies.At the same time,the dissertation calculates the actual economic benefits of green construction project,ecological benefits and social benefits.Finally,the dissertation establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of green construction,the green construction benefit is regarded as the key object of the evaluation,and the principle of the evaluation system and the weights of the index are analyzed.As the green construction benefit evaluation has the gray characteristics;therefore,the gray theory comprehensive evaluation method is applied to Shenyang Kerry Residential Project green construction evaluation,through the evaluation results,its benefit evaluation of green construction level is determine and the consistency of measuring the green construction benefit is verified.The dissertation proves that the authenticity of the actual project of green construction,reflects the rationality and practicability of green construction in the project,especially in the aspects of cost and benefit.Many authors simply researched in terms of simple costs and benefits of green construction in the past research analysis.In this dissertation,the quantitative analysis method is used to explain them both,the content and the further research and promotion of green construction has a strong guiding significance.
