Analysis Of The Green Construction About Cost-benefit

With the continuous progress of science and technology,human beings are becoming more and more powerful in the exploration of nature,and the urbanization of the whole society will become the inevitable trend.Urbanization cannot be separated from the construction industry,which contributes to the economic benefits of the social process.However,this is a double-edged sword.The huge amount of resources,long duration,damage to the ecological environment,and a series of environmental problems have attracted the attention of our human.Green constructions attract more and more people especially researchers.There are many scholars who begin to a lot of researches in the field of building construction of exploration.But the green construction is not widely used.The reason mainly lies in the fact that under the condition of market economy,the construction from architectural production into commodity production,the construction enterprises are seeking to maximize economic benefits.But in the process of implementation,the content of the need to increase to save resources,protect the environment,will not only increase the difficulty of the construction process and complexity,but also lead to rising construction costs.The purpose of this study is that through the theoretical research to know the connotation of cost efficiency,and clear definition and composition of construction cost.Research the definition of incremental cost of green construction,green construction measures and the benefits of influence.When making benefit analysis,this paper establishes the benefit appraisal system to evaluate benefit just as green resource benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits through the software Yaahp and Matlab.Through the analysis of benefit and cost of green construction,using the basic theory of value engineering is to evaluate the costs and benefits of green construction.The extensive application of green construction has good reference significance,which is conducive to the mobilization of construction enterprises’ enthusiasm and motivation.
