Study On The Renewal Of Xiu Xin Community Based On The 'Urban Repair'ideology

With the rapid development of economy,China has experienced the largest rapid urbanization in the world.Looking back on the process of urbanization in the past,the achievements of urban planning and construction are remarkable,the urban infrastructure is obviously improved,and remarkable achievements have been made in promoting economic development,optimizing the layout of urban and rural areas,and perfecting the functions of cities.However,in the face of rapid urbanization,the level and quality of urban public service facilities are still insufficient,urban infrastructure is relatively backward,urban traffic congestion,air pollution and other urban diseases are further aggravated,reducing the quality of urban space;The historical context of the city was destroyed in the course of its development.The central city conference held at the end of 2015 made it clear that in order to do a good job in urban work,we should conform to the new situation of urban work,reform and develop new needs,and the people's new expectations;adhere to the concept of taking the people as the center and the people as the people.Urban repair is a systematic,progressive,targeted approach to improving urban public services,improving urban infrastructure,protecting and sustaining the city's historical context and social networks.Make the city function system and the space place get the whole repair,make the city more dynamic.On the basis of summarizing the theory and practice of urban repair and urban renewal,this paper constructs the old city renewal strategy under the idea of urban repair,and then analyzes the existing problems of Xiuxin community in Pingshan district of Shenzhen,and summarizes the characteristics of the present situation.Find out the practical problems,analyze the main factors,and put forward the strategies and specific planning methods of urban repair in Xiuxin community.By summarizing the present situation of Xiuxin community,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the community in three aspects:urban function,urban space and historical context,and puts forward the mending strategy combined with the reality of the community.In the function of the city,first of all,it is clear that the future development orientation of the new community,according to the surrounding hair.The exhibition plans,forms the superiority complementary,determines the community function division,repairs the transportation network,the public auxiliary facility.In the mending of urban space,through combing the spatial structure of the community and mending the spatial form of the community,rectifying the public space system to repair the urban space,improve the quality of urban space.Finally,through the integration of the cultural resources of Xiuxin community,the shaping of cultural lines and the strengthening of characteristic nodes,the historical context of the community is continued.From the above three aspects,we can reverse the old mode of extensive development of community urban construction,explore the new mode of implicit development,and realize the transformation and development of Xiuxin community.
