| Centralized Procurement management mode is a management mode for unified supplier management,supplies purchasing and settlement of enterprise groups.With the development of purchase and supply chain theory,centralized procurement has been widely used by large institutions and large enterprises due to advantages in strategy,cost and operation.Considering a complicated and huge industrial chain,auto industry can effectively integrate resources,give play to value effect of supply chain,and realize cost decreasing and benefit increasing as well as win-win between enterprises and supplies through centralized procurement management mode.Focusing on the study of centralized procurement management of vehicle use steel sheets of D Company,this paper discusses problems arising out of centralized procurement management of vehicle use steels and reasons for them,based on theoretical knowledge about centralized procurement management and in light of characteristics of centralized procurement management of vehicle use steels.It aims to propose practical solutions for D Company and provide references for centralized procurement administrative staffs of similar companies through scientific and in-depth researches.First,this paper studies procurement theory and development history,idea of centralized procurement management and supplier management theory through literature review method,providing suggestions for case study.Then,it generally introduces D Company and the centralized procurement management of steels currently practiced in it.Besides,it scientifically analyzed the specific problems existing in centralized procurement system,centralized procurement process,implementation of centralized procurement mode and supplier management as well as reasons for such problems,by using literature research method,investigation method,observational method,fishbone diagram analytical method as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis.Finally,it gives optimization solutions to the aforesaid problems: I,carry out comprehensive supervision for centralized procurement system of steels;II,put forward optimization schemes for production plan bullwhip effect,inventory risk control and financial risk control over price fluctuation for business process;III,establish new supplier centralized procurement training mechanism;IV,optimize supplier incentive mechanism and assessment mechanism. |
