The Research On Green Management Performance Of Construction Project Of A Company

In the 21^st century,China has been gradually grown into the world's second largest economy.Meanwhile,China is paying attention to ecological civilization construction and bringing it into long-term development strategies with the image of a responsible great power.It is well known that construction industry is an energy-intensive and resource-intensive industry with severe pollution.When promoting economic construction of China,large amounts of resources have been wasted and the environment has been damaged.In recent year,with the enhancing of national macro policies and industry requirements,construction companies in China have realized that it is necessary to speed up the transformation and upgrading,and actualize green project management?GPM?.What is more,big construction state-owned-enterprises like China State Construction Engineering Corporation?CSCEC?play leading and exploratory roles in it and the subsidiaries of CSCEC have implemented GPM at full blast.Large gaps exist in the level of GPM between our country and developed countries and areas like Japan,the US and Europe.By large amounts of research,interview and literature analysis,it is found that the industry standard of GPM has been established in our country,but the performance assessment standard of GPM is not mature enough not matter for the standard inside a company or industry standard.Therefore,it is necessary to build the assessment standard which corresponds to the industry standard and actual conditions of enterprises.That is the question this thesis is trying to deal with.By analyzing relevant literatures,the theoretical basis is founded and based on that,problems in the performance assessment standard of GPM in Company A are found by dealing with the expert advice and questionnaires.In order to solve the problems,the thesis analyzes the current situation of GPM in Company A,perfects the performance assessment indicators which meet the practice of Company A with scientific methods based on existing literature research and constructs the assessment system of GPM in Company A.Analytic Hierarchy Process?AHP?is used in the above-mentioned assessment system and judgment matrix of all levels assessment indicators.Then the weight of all assessment indicators and the total weight are calculated and then the performance results of GPM are calculated by expert scoring.By utilizing the commercial buildings of Company A,the assessment system verifies the stability and operability,solves the actual problems of performance assessment of GPM in Company A and provides a good reference for companies in the same industry.
