The construction is a phase that will have a most directly and concentrated impact on the environment and the resources consumption. Nowadays,faced with the huge environment pressure and natural resources shortage situation, the traditional construction mode which is high pollution,high consumption will gradually be eliminated by the green construction. The green construction mode will be a basic requirement for the future engineering construction. This research content of this paper is around the theme of the application and evaluation of green construction.First of all, this paper introduces the present situation of the resources and the environment, and it’s necessity and urgency that implement the green construction mode. Based on the Chinese latest research on the green construction, the main research contents and technical route of this paper is determined.Secondly, this paper summarizes the related theory about green construction, and clarifies the concept of the green construction and the differences and connections between the green construction and other concepts;It introduces the current evaluation system for the green construction, and points out its shortcomings; We made a detailed investigation about the application of green construction in foreign countries, some implications and suggestions can promote the green construction application in China;introduces the mode development history of Chinese green construction and the application in Guangdong province, through the way of questionnaire investigation the application of green construction mode in construction enterprises, and analyses the survey data, found the problem to promote green construction in our country, and give some suggestions to promote green construction.Finally, this paper analyses the impact of deep foundation pit engineering to the surrounding environment from a lot of aspects, finding the key points of the green construction on the deep foundation pit construction. Then according to the characteristics of city construction of deep foundation pit engineering, through the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy mathematics method, this paper proposed the assessment system of green construction of deep foundation pit engineering. And then applied to a deep foundation pit engineering in Guangzhou and it was evaluated by the level of green construction, green construction evaluation system of this paper was confirmed feasibly.The Green construction is a complex subject, there are many aspects that need research. Although The research work of this paper has made some achievements, however, there are many problems that need to be solved, and hope that the prospect of further research that puts on the final paper can promote the further improvement of relevant research in the field.
