The dialyzer is the third type of medical equipment for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.There are a huge number of patients with chronic kidney disease.Studying on the production process of dialysis can not only bring huge economic benefits and social benefits,but also has great significance in the development of the whole dialyzer industry.B company is a leading company founded in 2003,who devotes itself to medical equipment of blood purification,and it is committed to R & D,manufacture and sales of blood purification equipment.The main products are haemodialysers,extracorporeal circulation pipeline,puncture needle,blood dialysis machine etc..The company has currently made its global sales coverage to nearly more than 60 countries and regions,including Europe,Asia,Middle East,Africa and South America.The company is the largest professional manufacturer of blood purification products at home,and the world's top five professional manufacturer.However,the dialyzer production line in B company is in a semi automated mode,how to improve its production efficiency and product quality in order to deal with the market competition in the future? This paper studies the dialyzer centrifugal process to improve production efficiency and product quality,based on the investigation and analysis of dialyzer production process,using the method of orthogonal experiment.This paper introduces the composition of the product and production process of the dialyzer,and capacity bottlenecks.Through the analysis of process capability of B,this paper shows the dialyzer production process and product quality characteristics and key points.After using the orthogonal experimental design to identify and analyze the centrifugal factors effect,the existing centrifugal process problems were analyzed and summarized.This paper studies injection process from the 3 directions of centrifugal temperature,centrifugation time and speed,and finally we obtains a dialyzer production process with high efficiency,low cost and high quality,which improves production efficiency and reduces the non-performing rate.By analyzing and organizing the optimization of dialyzer production process,this paper finally gives the countermeasures to optimize the dialyzer centrifugal process.
