| Today, the EPC general contracting model has become the mainstream contracting model in the international construction market. The international general contractor has obtained rich profits from it based on its own management philosophy and technical advantages. In our country, the EPC general contract model was first applied in electric power, chemical industry and so on.In recent years, the space for expansion has been increasing. The EPC general contracting model basically covers the entire process of project implementation.Compared with other general contracting models, the EPC project is large in scale, long in duration, complex in technology, and has many implementation links. The risks that the general contractor needs to bear are also greater. For the general contractor, how to conduct scientific and reasonable project risk analysis to deal with the complex EPC project risks is particularly important. This paper mainly uses the case study method to describe the situation of the comprehensive management of Changchun Yitong River under the construction of ZJSJ Northeast Company in many stages such as bidding establishment, design and key delivery. At the same time, based on some aspects of risk management in this project,a holistic discussion and learning are carried out.On the basis of this, this paper synthesizes some theories about project risk management, and analyzes the gains and losses of this case in the process of risk identification, risk assessment and quantification, and risk response. At the same time,it also takes note of the periodic characteristics of risk and expects to find solutions to related problems based on different implementation stages. Finally, this paper puts forward the risk solution through the construction of risk management system, which is mainly used to solve the risk problems encountered in the process of EPC general contracting project and improve the overall management level of the project. It is expected that this paper can provide reference to the risk management practice in the future through the research of EPC general contracting project and risk management. |
