With the continuous development of the national economy,the highway industry has developed rapidly as a pillar industry.The construction and maintenance of highways are mostly based on asphalt mixtures.Traditional hot mixes generally have high energy consumption and high pollution.Therefore,warm mix asphalt mixtures have emerged and have gradually become a better choice to replace hot mixes.The warm mix is the key to the warm mix asphalt technology.Among them,the surfactant-type warm mix is most commonly used among the three types of warm mix.However,most of this type of warm mix depends on imports,and the price is high and the universality is poor.Therefore,this paper independently developed a surfactant-type warm mix and studied its performance.In this paper,using hexadecanoic acid and tetraethylenepentamine as raw materials,a two-step reaction of amidation and cyclization was used to prepare a warm mix with an imidazoline structure,and its preparation conditions and structural properties were characterized;the best preparation was selected Imidazoline warm mix under the conditions of preparation of warm mix base asphalt and warm mix SBS modified asphalt,and the performance index of warm mix asphalt was characterized;the physical properties and rheological properties of warm mix on modified asphalt were investigated Impact;and evaluated the road performance of warm-mixed asphalt mixture.Using organic acids and organic amines as raw materials,the amide intermediate was prepared by chemical oxidation,and the intermediate was chemically grafted under vacuum and high temperature conditions to prepare an imidazoline warm mix;the temperature and reaction time of the preparation process were quantified Through investigation,it was finally determined that the suitable reaction conditions were: amidation reaction was carried out at 150 ? for 4h,and cyclization reaction was carried out at 240 ? for 4h.The microstructure was characterized by Fourier infrared absorption spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum.The results show that the warming agent prepared by amidation and cyclization belongs to the imidazoline warming agent,and the cyclization reaction can better eliminate the amide component of the imidazoline intermediate.According to the best preparation conditions,prepare the imidazoline warm mix,and then add it to the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,and analyze the warm mix asphalt penetration,ductility,softening point,viscosity and rheological properties.Various performance indicators.The results show that the addition of warm mix will increase the penetration of asphalt,the penetration of matrix asphalt will gradually increase,and the penetration of SBS modified asphalt will increase first and then decrease slightly.The addition of the mixing agent will increase the ductility of the asphalt.Whether it is added to the matrix asphalt or SBS modified asphalt,the change in the ductility will show a tendency to increase first and then slightly decrease;the addition of the warm mixing agent will reduce the softening of the asphalt Point,but it has little effect from the numerical point of view;from the Brookfield viscosity point of view,the warm mix has little effect on the high temperature viscosity of asphalt,indicating that the imidazoline warm mix does not achieve the warm mix effect by reducing viscosity;the mixing of the warm mix Adding will reduce the 60 ? dynamic viscosity of asphalt,indicating that the high temperature performance of warm mix asphalt has been reduced.Through frequency scanning test on warm mixed SBS modified asphalt,it can be known that the storage modulus G ',loss modulus G "and complex modulus G * at 25 ? are analyzed.The addition of warm mixing agent will increase the low temperature of asphalt Viscosity,G 'and G " gradually increase with the addition of the warming agent.The main curve of the G * main curve at 25 ? after mixing the warming agent in the low frequency region is poor in the main curve of the warm-mixed SBS modified asphalt,And as the frequency increases,it roughly coincides as a straight line.It can be known from the MSCR test of warm mix asphalt that the addition of warm mix will improve the creep recovery performance of asphalt and reduce the non-recoverable compliance Jnr.Through the BBR test analysis of the warm-mixed SBS modified asphalt,it can be known that at-12 ? and-18 ?,the addition of warm mix will reduce the possibility of low-temperature cracking of the asphalt,and comprehensively analyze the S and m values,draw m The / S curve further confirms that the warm mix can improve the low temperature performance of asphalt.To sum up,it can be seen that the warm mix has a significant improvement effect on the low temperature performance of asphalt,but it will affect the high temperature performance,but the overall decrease is not large.According to the analysis results of the asphalt performance index,the improvement of asphalt performance is more obvious when the amount of warm mix is 0.2%.Therefore,the amount of warm mix is used to prepare warm mix asphalt mixture under the conditions of proper gradation and oil-rock ratio Through the measurement of the porosity of the Marshall test piece,the temperature reduction range of the warm mixed asphalt is determined,and the appropriate mixing temperature is selected to evaluate the road performance of the asphalt mixture.The results show that by comparing the volume index of matrix asphalt mixture and warm-mixed asphalt mixture at the same temperature,it can be seen that the addition of imidazoline warming agent can significantly reduce the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture,and the cooling range of matrix asphalt It is about 25 ?,and the cooling range of SBS modified asphalt is about 15 ?;the addition of warming agent will greatly improve the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture,but has little effect on high and low temperature and water stability.
