Due to the rapid progress of the global economy and technology,automated storage and retrieval system(AS/RS)has achieved development quickly.From the perspective of storage management,efficiency of material input and output from the warehouse is the focal point.From the perspective of structural engineering,safety of cold-formed steel storage racks is a major concern,and earthquake resistance of cold-formed steel storage racks is the focus of this paper.Scholars have done a lot of researches on the above two aspects.But researches on combining with the above two aspects are infrequent.The impact of earthquake on storage racks failed to be effectively considered,which is from some special loads distribution considering traditional location assignment policy,making the racks in dangerous state.Firstly,researches on dangerous loads distribution of earthquake was carried on in this paper for non-sway assembled cold-formed steel storage racks.Dangerous loads distribution of earthquake was studied for single and standard racks,and the genetic algorithm(GA)is adopted for searching dangerous loads distribution of earthquake in mass distribution models.Multithreading technology of Matlab is adopted in the calculation of individual fitness,because there is no logical relationship between individuals in every generation of GA.Integrating all dangerous loads distribution of earthquake to create virus library of dangerous loads distribution of earthquake was done,which showed that,for single racks,full load was the most dangerous loads distribution of earthquake,but standard racks was not.Secondly,researches on algorithm of improving efficiency of material input and output from the warehouse was studied in this paper for the unit load AS/RS.researches included algorithm of finding the storage location of inbound and outbound goods,and algorithm of adjust the sequence of outbound goods of order.STT method was used to find the storage location of inbound and outbound goods,Whole comparison method(or half comparison method)have been put forward to adjust the sequence of outbound goods of order,which is less time-consuming than GA.Whole comparison method or(half comparison method)based on STT have achieved better optimization of stacker runtime.Finally,researches on combining with the above two aspects was done.Virus library of dangerous loads distribution of earthquake was used to considerseismic safety,and Whole comparison method or half comparison method was used to improve efficiency of material input and output from the warehouse.The program was developed according to the research results in this paper,which can consider the efficiency of material input and output from the warehouse and resisting earthquake.Program testing showed:(1)For orders including entering and exiting goods at the same time,time-consuming of stacker is lesser than STT method.(2)For orders including entering or exiting goods only,the impact of considering seismic safety is not obvious.
