Dam type is the type of dam,which can be divided into different types according to the filling material,structure and force transmission mode of the dam body.Materials can be divided into: earth rock dam with earth rock structure as support body,concrete dam with artificial material concrete structure and water retaining by self weight;according to different stress structure,it can be divided into arch dam,buttress dam,open web dam,etc.;construction methods can be divided into rolled earth rock dam,roller compacted concrete dam,cast-in-place concrete dam,etc.The comparison and selection of dam types is a process of dam type selection,determination and demonstration.The selection of dam type should first select the dam site,select the dam type and determine the classification of stress structure.According to the characteristics of the specific project,the dam site,dam line and layout type of the project can be considered in a unified way.The process of dam type comparison and selection needs to be carried out according to a certain stage.Firstly,the basic dam type materials are determined.After certain work,the dam type is selected from the basic dam types,such as asphalt concrete core wall earth rock dam with asphalt concrete as anti-seepage structure;in the gravity dam,roller compacted concrete gravity dam is selected as the construction method,and then the necessary analysis is carried out To determine the final dam type.Taking the water retaining structure of Danqing reservoir in Yilan County as the research object,this paper reveals the general process of early planning,mid-term design and later construction of hydropower station project,and summarizes the concept,content,method and design process of dam type comparison design.There are five parts in this paperThe first part is the introduction,which mainly puts forward the researchbackground and significance,studies the development of asphalt concrete core dam,concrete gravity dam and concrete face rockfill dam at home and abroad,understands the research progress of dam type comparison and selection analysis,summarizes the research ideas and research methods,and puts forward the main research direction.The second part is to analyze the data sources and results,collect the hydrological and geological data related to the project,calculate and determine the design flood results and the characteristic water level of the reservoir.The third part is the comparison and selection of dam types.It summarizes the comparison and selection of dam types,preliminarily selects the scope of comparison and selection of dam types,calculates the superelevation of selected dam types,determines the project scale,compares and selects the reasonable dam types from the aspects of geological conditions,project investment and construction diversion scheme.The fourth part is the calculation and review of the selected dam type,the final selection of asphalt concrete core wall rockfill dam stability calculation and earthwork balance calculation,further review and determine the conclusion of dam type comparison.Finally,through the research and analysis of this paper,according to the analysis of Danqing reservoir project area in Yilan County,the asphalt concrete core wall rockfill dam is a reasonable and feasible dam type,with economic investment,convenient construction diversion and engineering safety.
