With the construction industry structure optimization in China,prefabricated construction is widely attentioned for the prominent advantages of high efficiency,economy and environmental protection.In order to make the promotion and application of prefabricated concrete structure better,large numbers of surface connection performance problems should be solved as the interfaces have important influence on the structure performance.To study the shear capacity and the shear mechanism of various forms of joint surface,to enrich the theory basis of interface construction design and to improve construction technology,quality and efficiency,is of great significance to the development of industrialized building system of prefabricated concrete.In this paper,the application of precast concrete structures interface at home and abroad and the research achievement of shear performance were generalized and summaried,and it was found that the shear performance of combined interface,horizontal joint surface and the vertical joint surface of precast beam-column node have been relatively maturely researched.However,the shear performance of the vertical joint of prefabricated shear wall remains to be furtherly researched.Therefore,this paper mainly aimed at the study of shear performance of the typical and new approach to the vertical joint surface of prefabricated shear wall components.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Five groups,a total of 19 double-shear specimens had been subjected to one-way pressure.Comparing the failure process,crack shape,the shear bearing capacity and deformation capacity,etc.of four different joint forms specimens(exposed aggregate,riffled plate forming,bubble film forming,flutes and pits)with those of overall cast-in-place specimens,the shearing mechanism of various producing technology was analyzed,and the failure mode of the vertical joint surface with uniform roughness was induced.(2)The test results showed that,the shear bearing capacity of the interfaces designed by investigation results selected from highest to lowest was: exposed aggregate,bubble film forming,flutes and pits,riffled plate forming.Besides,the shear effect of exposed aggregate interface and bubble film forming interface were better.Among them,the shear bearing capacity of exposed aggregate interface specimens accounted for 95%~100% of that of overall cast-in-place specimens,and the shear bearing capacity of bubble film forming interface specimens accounted for 73%~85% of that of overall cast-in-place specimens.(3)Based on the experimental shear strength and the analysis of the shear mechanism,the average rough depth and spacing of bars were introduced into shear calculation in the form of parameters.In consideration of various influencing factors,this paper presented the vertical joint surface design proposal formulate with higher suitability.(4)On the basis of the existing rules and actual production experience,some feasible advice of the prefabricated components with interface was put forward.
