| In this paper,three different vertical joint joint methods are proposed: the adjacent precast shear walls are connected by different structural forms of embedded steel and high strength bolts to form a new vertical joint prefabricated shear wall structure.Vertical joint connection method includes a dry connection(full bolt connection)and two kinds of dry and wet mixed connection(bolt connection and post pouring concrete);A kind of prefabricated shear wall structure is proposed,which connects the upper and lower prefabricated shear walls of embedded "U" shaped steel with the low-yielding mild steel connectors with diamond holes through bolts.The seismic performance of these two types of joint prefabricated shear walls(vertical joint and horizontal joint)is studied by means of test,finite element analysis and theoretical analysis.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)Experimental study on a new type of vertical joint prefabricated shear wallVertical joint in this paper,the design and construction of the three new prefabricated shear wall specimen and one cast-in-place shear wall specimen,by researching the hysteresis of test specimens of 3 kinds of new type of vertical joints connecting method of the reliability,as well as the introduction of this three kinds of connection mode of prefabricated shear wall specimen load-displacement curve,bearing capacity,stiffness,strength,ductility and energy dissipation of seismic performance.(2)Finite element analysis of a new vertical joint prefabricated shear wallThe finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out numerical simulation on the specimen,and the finite element calculation results were compared with the experimental results,which proved that the established model was accurate and reliable.Then,the effects of the seven parameters on the mechanical properties of the specimens were studied by analyzing the factors such as the height-width ratio of the specimens,the reinforcement ratio of the distributed reinforcement bars,the concrete strength,the axial compression ratio,the yield strength of the connecting section steel,the thickness and the position of the vertical joint.(3)Seismic performance analysis of the new horizontal joint prefabricated shear wallThe simplified mechanical model of the soft steel energy damper is established,and the reasonable design suggestion of the soft steel energy damper is given.A new type of horizontal joint prefabricated shear wall structure using the soft steel energy damper as the energy dissipating connector is proposed.The seismic performance of the prefabricated shear wall structure was compared with that of the isoparametric cast-in-place shear wall structure by ABAQUS finite element software.Then,the main factors affecting the seismic performance of the prefabricated shear wall were analyzed to further reveal the failure mode of the new horizontal joint prefabricated shear wall.(4)Stress analysis of a new type of joint prefabricated shear wallBased on analysis of test and finite element calculation results,the new joint prefabricated shear wall(vertical seam,horizontal seam)stress mechanism,and gives the structure of the bearing capacity calculation method,the bearing capacity of normal section and inclined section and joint calculations),comparing the calculation results with the test and finite element calculation results,the accuracy of the calculation method is verified.Finally,the design method and the related construction requirements of the joint and the prefabricated wall panels of the prefabricated shear wall are proposed. |
