Because of the advantages in timeliness,economy,and environmental protection,precast concrete assembly has been widely used in current residential research and practice.With the continuous advancement of housing industrialization,higher demands are placed on the construction period,life cycle demand for housing,and especially the reasonable PC high-precision rate.This has a certain degree of limitations and influence on traditional design strategies and practices.The design plans and design plans in the company need to be adjusted and optimized in response to these specific requirements.Domestically,there is currently a lack of experience in the practice of PC prefabricated houses with high prefabrication ratios,and most of the research is also focused on technical elements such as prefabricated component engineering practices and structural connections.There are few discussions on the design scenarios under the influence of PC,and current practice needs to have a research on the changes that need to take place in the design method and design plan under the conditions of high PC prefabrication rate;The research has been formed in foreign countries with certain results of PC assembly residence,but most of the practical projects are not representative compared to domestic large-scale residential areas,there is limited reference in strategy and experience.Therefore,the paper takes PC prefabricated houses as the research object,and focuses on the research on the influence of the specific requirements such as the PC high prefabrication ratio on the overall design of the dwelling and the corresponding strategies.Chapter 1 is the introduction;Chapter 2 systematically summarizes the current PC prefabricated residential structure system,prefabricated parts at different locations and their characteristics;Chapter 3 from the design point of view,combined with the case focus on structural selection,high prefabrication rate of dismantling program and its limitations under the influence of the architectural design principles,modular coordination,modular design,type flexibility and the use of BIM review;Chapter 4 focuses on the impact of PC assembly and PC high-precision rates on traditional design plans and processes from the perspective of the design plan,from the time dimension and the cost dimension,and different The main points of phase design analyzed and summarized the planning strategies of PC-based residential housing design.Chapter 5 is the author's design practice in Nanjing Jiangning jiushu low-density PC residential project.
