Study On Scheduling Control In Stamping Die Development Project

Project schedule management is one of the most important item of project management,referred to managing the progress in all phases of the project and the project deadline in the process of the implementation of the project,Its purpose is to ensure that we can achieve the project's overall objectives under the premise of meeting the time constraints.According to the statistics,60%~70% of vehicle parts are sheet metal parts,and stamping dies are the tools which product sheet metal parts.At present,the competition in motor industries is increasingly keen,especially for Domestic independent brand,in order to not at a disadvantage in competition,they all promote the quality of product,and more is develop new car for market.But because of lacking forward-looking,when develop a new car,they mainly benchmark the successful car which was popular with consumer developed by other motor manufacture.Just for this reason,it is necessary to shorten the cycle of developing a new car if the new car will be developed is gonging to share the market.Stamping die is the most important tooling of manufacturing motors,and because of its own complicated manufacturing process,the cycle of stamping die development is the longest among all tooling of manufacturing motors development,it is almost 2/3 of motor development cycle.So,to some extent,the speed of developing stamping die determine the speed of developing a new motor.In order to shorten the cycle of developing new motor,the cycle of developing stamping die has to be shorten,and this bring a series of problems to stamping die development.In order to solve these problems,The author mainly studied the progress management of developing outer cover panels stamping dies in this paper.By means of using project management discipline basic theory knowledge,methods and management tools,and combined with the author's years of management experience of stamping die development,the author established a schedule management model of stamping die development,and it was used in BeiQi C33 D project,ensure the targets of quality and schedule being achieved.In this schedule management model,the author introduced the indispensable method of making a plan and managing the schedule.Besides,to ensure that the schedule management model is effective,the author mainly introduced the significance and methods of process management.
