Development Of Carriage Unloading Type Garbage Truck Rapid Design System Based On Modularization

The disposal of living waste is necessary means of erasing contamination and fostering sustainable development.To create a living-friendly environment,we thus develop large environmental sanitation equipment.The carriage unloading type garbage truck is an effective specific purpose motor vehicle which can implement automatic loading and unloading function easily and swiftly deal with various sorts of living waste.Nowadays,the customer demands increasing complexity and adaptability from a product,thereby the production and research of a garbage collector tends to adopt modular design,under the market environment of mass customization.The thesis,based on modular and speedy design theories,has finished initial research on the speedy design system of a carriage unloading type garbage truck.The system,based on the classification of all the modules of carriage unloading type garbage truck,has combined Visual C++,Access data base and secondary UG/OPEN developing tool to realize systematical functions such as 3D modeling,as well as the quick design,adoption and assembly of components and materials.Through a connection with the finite element software,the quick design system uses installed software static analysis to do the quality control and structural optimization,thereby realizing the CAD/CAE integration of products.The data base of the system can receive new 3D models and cases of complete vehicles,which provides preposition for afterward designs.This helps avoid repetitive modeling,raising the efficiency and inheritance for the product research.
