Thromboelastography(TEG for short)is a nearly symmetrical curve which based on the changing of the viscoelasticity of blood clots in the process of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis.Traditional coagulation test is difficult to distinguish subdivision types which lead to follow-up testing for treatment and prevention.While TEG reflects the overall situation of coagulation and fibrinolysis process and routine coagulation tests can not complete these function.TEG has a very important significance in guiding the tratement of blood thransfusion,monitoring and correction of high coagulation state,treating trauma patients and studying on the mechanism of blood coagulation.In view of the above situation,this article preliminary designed the structure and hardware and software of the controle system of the thrombelatograph coagulation analyzer system based on STM32 which unified the domestic and foreign research foundation,studied and analysised the related topic technical background.On the one hand,the physical principle of the design is derived from the principle of the traditional elastic instrument.On the other hand,using the structure of the disc motor based on axial magnetic field it designed mechanical structure by SolidWorks 3D drawing software.Its mechanical structure is designed by SolidWorks 3 dimensional drawing software.The controller STM32 controls the turntable to rotate back and forth at 45 degree angle by means of a current chopping control mode and meanwhile it transfers mechanical signals into electrical signals through four octave encoder,using SPI communication real-time data stored in SD card.During this.Temperature sensor sent the signal to controller by using fuzzy PID composite algorithm to control the blood temperature of 37 ± 0.5?.The detection signal of photoelectric encoder acquisition through the controller's processing was sended to the host computer for further analysis,processing and display through serial port.The final results show that the system can accomplish the basic task of distinguishing high and low condensation.This system uses the fluid mechanics,embedded control technology,sensor technology,digital and analog electronic technology and modern control method,which transfers micro biological signal into digital signal that can be identified by computer.By improving structure and control system,the cost and assembly requirements are reduced which make it has a great prospects for development and application.
