In recent years, the diseases of heart head blood-vessel are increasing year by year with the improvement of human life,so the detection theory and technology for thrombosis and hemostasis were developing rapidly. It had become a new trend that automatic blood coagulation instrument was widely used. The paper design a photoelectric detection system of automatic blood coagulation instrument based on absorbance method to replace the widely used paramagnetic particle method, and to resolves the shortage of complex principle, low intelligence and high maintenance cost of current used instrument. The turbidimetry method of absorbance method based on the Beer-Lambert Law was used in the system with the advantage ofun-damage the fiber, minute variation catching, good accuracyand suitable for most of the blood test, etc. For facilitating system maintenance and upgrade, the modular design method was used in the hardware design withfive modules of the photoelectric detection, data acquisition, data processing, temperature control and barcode scanning. This paper adopts the digital filtering algorithm based on wavelet threshold to filter the noise in thephotoelectric detection signal data.Through simulation with actual signal data which was sampled by actual hardware platform,it is proved that the algorithm could effectively filter out the noise in the photoelectric detection signal, improve the accuracy of the results of blood coagulation test. With the modular designed hardware, wavelet filtering algorithm, the photoelectric detection system of automatic blood coagulation instrument designed in this paper had got thebenefits of high accuracy, maintainability, short development cycle and low costs.
