| Coagulation function detection in clinical application is one of the important projects of disease filtration and preoperative examination,which can help doctors make more accurate diagnosis.Convention detection methods of coagulation function include dual-way magnetic beads method,photoelectric detection method,turbidimetric determination,etc.Thromboelastography has been widely used due to its advantages of fast,simple,low cost,automation,anti-interference,point of care detection(POCT).On the basis of summarized the mechanism of coagulation cascade reaction in organism,carded the development history of coagulation detection facilities,and analyzed the principle function with advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used devices in the market.According to the requirements of portable and automatic coagulation function detection,a scheme of coagulation function detection system was designed,which solved four key technical problems of optical detection and gas drive mathematical model,main controller hardware part,lower computer software and genetic ant colony PID temperature control algorithm.The specific innovations and research results ware as following:(1)Aiming at the detection window of microfluidic chip,the optical path system in the photoelectric detection module was designed.The microchannel fluid in the chip can only be sampled and collected with the help of external driving force.Therefore,the mathematical model of the pneumatic liquid membrane valve was established and simulated in COMSOL.(2)Based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer,the peripheral circuit of single chip microcomputer was analyzed and designed.The hardware control circuit of the lower system was designed.The appropriate components were selected to design the circuit diagram,wiring,simulation,PCB production and welding the hardware circuit.(3)The embedded software of STM32 microcontroller was designed,and the parameters of chip communication protocol,pin configuration of serial port,control flow algorithm and ant colony genetic PID temperature control algorithm were calculated.In conclusion,on the basis of determining the overall framework of coagulation function detection system,the mathematical model of optical detection system and gas driven of microfluidic chip is established,and the embedded hardware and software system and ant colony genetic PID temperature control algorithm ware explored.The system realized the automatic and portable coagulation function detection,has the anti-interference performance,achieved the expected system design requirements,and has the application value of bedside detection. |
