In recent years,the indoor air quality has aroused people’s widespread concern.The hospital is a special place,the quality of hospital environment is being paid more and more attention by people.The indoor environmental pollution of hospital is closely related to the health of the staff.This article first through the Hospital indoor environment analysis,To understand the distribution of nosocomial infection caused by hospital environmental pollution.Including distribution of department population and pathogenic bacteria.Based on the analysis of the corresponding sterilization technology.Indoor disinfection products are the combination of the current purification technology products,the birth of a large number of hospital indoor environmental disinfection products.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of products in the current market,founding that there are some problems in the market products.Based on the customer demand evaluation information of products,the satisfaction and uncertainty in the process of quantitative evaluation are analyzed by using the competitive benchmarking and preference stability method,in order to determine the relative importance of customer requirements.In order to design more market-compliant products,This paper presents a method of integrating QFD and Kano model to obtain user requirements and guide the design of new products.The product design based on user demand is the first to analyze the current hospital user group,Selecting target user for interview,arranging and summarizing the interview content based on KJ method to obtain the user’s requirement,the second step Based on the customer demand evaluation information of products,the satisfaction and uncertainty in the process of quantitative evaluation are analyzed by using the competitive benchmarking and preference stability method,in order to determine the relative importance of customer requirements.Step three,the relative importance of customer requirements combine with the Kano’s model to obtain customer requirements competition priority.Finally,the method was used to design a medical disinfection product,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified.Finally,through the analysis of the purification and disinfection technology,based on the principle of product design,the model,color and function of products in the are analyzed.Finally using Rhino modeling software and Ketshot rendering software completed the concept of a medical product.this research made a summary and outlook for the development of a medical product.
