| According to the CIDAS(China In-Depth Accident Study)according to the statistics of China vehicle and road traffic conditions in vehicle and highway barrier collision is caused casualties of a high probability of collision conditions and balloon mistakenly role of a high probability of collision conditions.In order to reduce and eliminate the error probability of airbag in the future,to reduce the loss of personnel and property in traffic accident.In this paper,the typical characteristics of the collision accident between car and highway barrier and the impact mode of impact are combined with the CIDAS statistics.Through finite element simulation to reproduce the way to build automobile freeway guardrail collision simulation conditions,to have the representative of a SUV collision accident simulation and reconstruction,in-depth study of the car highway barrier impact dynamic response pattern and collision response characteristics.Combined with the existing automobile airbag calibration scheme in vehicle in high speed collision with rated load,simulation analysis similar conditions in the vehicle response mode,and the collision conditions for acceleration analysis and comparison and major parts of collision deformation analysis.At the same time combined with the constraint system dummy injury further proves the necessity,carried out under the conditions of the airbag.According to the results of comparative analysis,pointed out that the reason for the automobile collision process of highway guardrail airbag effect error.Finally,according to the corresponding modes of the vehicle and the damage characteristics of the members,a new safety calibration scheme is proposed.The probability of the accident of the air bag in the collision accident between the vehicle and the highway barrier is effectively avoided.Accident analysis results show that in the current commonly used car calibration program to increase the new calibration of the collision wall barrier,expanding the calibration collision speed and calibration of collision angle and other safety calibration test optimization program.At the same time,the ACU peripheral sensors can be installed in the front of the vehicle to avoid the collision accident. |
