Vehicle Traffic Accident In-depth Investigation And Safety Analysis

There are the world's largest vehicle production and marketing market and the most serious traffic accident damage in China.Traffic accident is a serious threat to people's lives and property security,which has aroused great attention of national governments.At present,vehicle traffic safety has become one of the hotspot areas of scientific research.Through depth analyzing the effect of different structural design and safety devices of various types of vehicles in the actual traffic accident to protect occupants and traffic participants in outside,we can discover quality problems and security risks in aspects of manufacture and design,but also provide direct data support for vehicle safety design improvements or performance improvements.The research practice of the developed countries in the world shows that the safety performance of the vehicle can be further improved through the depth investigation of the vehicle accident and the continuous improvement of the vehicle safety,which has a great effect on reducing the traffic accident and improving the traffic safety level.Based on the characteristics and patterns of traffic accidents in China,we studied and set up the methods and contents of the depth investigation,then collected the accident cases.Through the selection of typical in-depth investigation of the accident case,we built the vehicle collision dynamics model to carry out the reproduction analysis about collision process by PC-Crash software,then combined with the occupants injury situation,used the vehicle collision kinematic parameters to carry out vehicle crash safety analysis.Based on the depth investigation and analysis of the vehicle traffic accident,we chose the common safety / defect problems(misleading,unblocking and non-normal deployment)of the current vehicle airbag system,and through some typical accident cases,the simulation analysis of the safety of vehicle airbag was carried out.Based on the fusion data of damage in car and occupants injury information,we analyzed the damage degree and cause of collision to occupants by using human trauma scoring software,and based on the multi-data fusion of the accident,weevaluated the safety of the vehicle airbag system and its collision protection effect to the occupants.The research of the paper has certain reference value and practical significance for reducing the traffic accident damage and improving the traffic safety level in our country.
