The Research On R&D Quality System Improved By Geely Auto

With the development of the new energy technology and Internet technology,the automotive industry is more competitive,consumer demand for the product quality is higher and higher,and the high-quality products come from design and development.We need to use the scientific tools to control process quality.ISO9001 quality management system is a system which is scientific and strict quality management methods.It absorbs the international advanced quality management concepts constantly,the philosophy of using PDCA cycle.As for the supply and demand of products and services it is highly practical and instructional.So we choose the classic process to guide the development of our quality management,and keep evaluating its effectiveness,adequacy and suitability.This paper takes Geely Auto company as the research object,on the basis of the ISO9001-2015 standard system,based on Geely automobile research and development present situation.At first,it explains the necessity of the quality management system optimization.Secondly,it raises the issues in the planning,input,output,control,changes such as five aspects in the design and development activities,combined with the project practice.It puts the new ISO9001 requirements into specific optimization process;then it introduces specific safeguard measures taken by the quality management system,at the same time,it is summarized the optimization of design and development quality management experience and lessons.Based on the the planning,establish and implement quality management system,evaluate and improve,it has formed a set of relatively perfect of research and development quality management system.The purpose of this article is to introduce an empirical study of the R&D quality management system optimization of Geely automobile.It hope to improve the quality of Geely automobile new product core competitiveness,constantly sum up the experience of the new product quality management,make Geely auto to create automotive industry synonymous with quality and lay a solid foundation.
