Abstract/Summary:
At this stage,the automobile market is in a period of major changes,and now the status quo of China’s automobile market is that the market has gradually become saturated.The state has issued a series of policies such as "number restriction order" and "purchase restriction order" to carry out macro-control of the automotive industry.At the same time,affected by economic globalization,some foreign automobile brands have also had an impact on China’s automobile market,and these factors have had a greater impact on China’s automobile enterprises.Therefore,how to upgrade the industrial structure of China’s automobile manufacturers,accelerate product transformation and upgrading,and improve product competitiveness is the primary task of China’s automobile enterprises.This article uses Geely Automobile Co.,Ltd.(stock code: 00175)as the object of analysis.Mainly using the framework of Harvard analysis,its financial competitiveness analysis and research,financial competitiveness is the main embodiment of the competitiveness of an enterprise,in the tide of market competition,the reasons and performance of the rise of enterprises are different,but the failed enterprises eventually manifest as financial crisis,and financial crisis is a form of financial competitiveness is not strong,thereby affecting the improvement of enterprise competitiveness,so the necessary financial competitiveness analysis of an enterprise can make enterprises rely on core competitiveness to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises.This paper takes Geely Automobile as the research object Geely Automobile Co.,Ltd.(i.e.Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co.,Ltd.),founded in 1986,and entered the field of automobile manufacturing in 1997,is a self-owned brand automobile enterprise with a long development time.This paper will conduct strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis of Geely through the method of Harvard framework analysis,study the financial competitiveness of enterprises,find out the financial problems that may occur in the development process,and then put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,so that Geely,as a national independent brand car company,can have a better development in this period of major changes in the automotive industry.
