As a new subject,industrial engineering has not been valued by the majority of enterprises.Most enterprises are backward in technology and backward in management.The resulting waste of resources is extremely serious,and labor productivity has a large gap with developed countries.Industrial engineering technology focuses on existing production systems,improves operations,and continuously explores effective ways to reduce the utilization of existing enterprise resources.This research combines the advanced management methods of industrial engineering,starting from the low qualification rate of N flexible parts,adopting the theory of process reengineering,the theory of human-machine coordination,and the use of sampling methods to improve the qualified rate of parts production from the aspect of process improvement.Combined with the process reengineering theory,by redistributing the number of extrusions and parameters in the production of parts,the unstable stress caused by the sharp deformation and asymmetric deformation of the material is avoided,and the probability of waste generated during the extrusion process is reduced;the process room is shortened by the process room.The turnaround time between parts avoids the extra labor intensity and reduces the risk of falling and damage during part turnover.Increase the aging treatment in the process design,eliminate the residual stress in the thin ribs,and improve the dimensional stability and pass rate of the parts.The human-machine cooperation method is used to develop a high-precision comprehensive measuring instrument to make intelligent judgment on the qualification of N flexible parts,and improve the data reliability and production efficiency of parts measurement.The spot check method is used to check the parts information between the various processes in the original process flow to help analyze and locate the problem.After the process is improved,the improved parts are tracked and tracked to evaluate the improvement effect.Combined with the production line balance theory and on-site management methods,the knowledge management and sharing of on-site management and production line balance is injected into the process improvement process to enhance the overall quality of the enterprise personnel.Through the implementation and evaluation of the detailed program steps of process improvement,the author's theoretical ability in indu strial engineering has been improved,and the production qualification rate of N flexible parts has been improved from about 10% before the improvement to about 30%,which has improved the production of parts.Rate,reduce production costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The follow-up will continue to explore the excellent management methods of industrial engineering in the work practice,affecting and enhancing the in-depth promotion and practice of industrial engineering in the traditional machinery manufacturing industry.
