In recent years,research on retrofit schemes of highway bridge is quite active,which has formed a variety of methods commonly used and mature,but in the past,the economic analysis of the bridge reconstruction project is the initial project cost for the initial project cost of reinforcing bridge and construction of a similar bridge compared to.This contrastive analysis is far from enough.The cost of the project from the initial construction period is one-sided,and it tends to exaggerate the strengthening economic effect and sometimes even make a mistake.Since the performance based structural design method was put forward,the future performance of the structure has attracted more and more attention.The research on the sustainability and resilience is becoming a hot research topic in the field of civil engineering at home and abroad.The previous research on the bridge reconstruction mostly for the bridge service during a single recovery or sustainability analysis,including economic indicators,social indicators and environmental indicators;resilience considering the structural performance levels associated with different loss reduction and post disaster recovery time.Therefore,based on the domestic research on bridge transformation and referring to the latest research results at home and abroad,this paper will consider two aspects of sustainability and resilience to comprehensively evaluate different bridge retrofit schemes.The main work is as follows:(1)Firstly,the research status of resilience and sustainability at home and abroad and research on domestic bridge retrofit schemes are reviewed.(2)To explain the concept of resilience and to establish an evaluation framework for resilience indicators.Based on the theoretical vulnerability parameter and considering the influence of bridge demand capacity uncertainty,aging effect and different repair measures,a multi-span continuous girder bridge is taken as an example to illustrate the calculation process of resilience index,and the sensitivity analysis of resilience is carried out.(3)Taking the multi-span continuous concrete beam bridge as an example,considering the uncertainty of the parameter of the model,we use Monte Carlo simulation to take 10000 samples to quantitatively analyze the social,environmental and economic indicators.Based on this,we calculate the total loss after the earthquake.Considering the different retrofit measures,we modify the vulnerability parameters and calculate the corresponding cost and benefit values,so that the decision-makers with different risk attitudes can make decisions for different transformation measures.(4)Based on the theoretical vulnerability parameters of different bridge retrofitting schemes,resilience index and sustainability index are calculated respectively.Based on the performance indicators of different schemes,the evaluation and optimization of bridge retrofit scheme is carried out.(5)A prediction model of earthquake resilience of bridge uncertainty based on fuzzy probability method is applied in this paper.In this model,residual function,target function,delay time and recovery time are first represented by triangular fuzzy numbers.Based on these four basic resilience parameters,the post earthquake resilience index of bridge is calculated.
