Flexible Production Line Desigh And Key Workstation Research For 4-4.5t Series Forklift Frame

With the rapid development of the “IoT” and “Industry 4.0”,the demands of forklift grow quickly in recent years.The delivery capability becomes the bottleneck of HangCha Group.Taking the forklift frame production line of HangCha Group as the research subject,this paper not only describes the scheme of “4-4.5T series forklift frame flexible production line”,but also discussed and designed the process and key station.This paper has completed the following research and design:(1)Process research and layout design of 4-4.5T series forklift truck flexible production line.Based on current production status and requirements,this paper introduces the flexible production line from the aspects of logistics system,overall layout and key workstations.(2)Welding robot system design for 4-4.5T series forklift flexible production line.Select the suitable welding robot system based on the requirements and carry out the system scheme from the aspects of structure,control,function and safety.(3)Flexible tooling design and optimization.The flexible tooling was applied and optimized according to the production line requirements.(4)Welding process design.Based on the welding process requirements,this paper designed the welding process and procedure,the evaluated results show the process can pass all the test.The 4-4.5T series forklift frame flexible production line proposed in this paper has been successfully used in HangCha Group forklift frame production.The production line scheme plays an extremely important role in improving product quality and reducing product cost,and greatly improves the production capacity and brand influence of HangCha Group.
