| With the rapid development of high-speed railway,the demand for EMU vehicles at home and abroad is increasing.As the key part of the EMU bogie,the quality and efficiency of the welded frame is imperative.Welding automation robot can provide stable welding quality,reduce labor intensity,increase productivity and reduce cost.It is the goal of thousands of years to pursue.In the 80 s,welding robots have been widely applied in various industrial fields.It has played an important role in reducing the cost and improving the quality of automobiles,ships,railway vehicles,boiler containers,metal products,construction machinery,household appliances and other industries.Therefore,it is the only solution to take the automatic welding robot to undertake the production of the EMU welding frame.On the basis of studying the development of the EMU and the application of the welding robot at home and abroad,the kinematics equation of the welding robot is established and solved by the mathematical basis of the kinematics analysis of the robot.The robot's position control strategy and force control strategy are studied,and the control strategy suitable for welding robot is found to control it.Combined with the design structure and weld joint form of the welding frame of the high speed EMU,the work of the robot in the actual production is determined.The feasibility of the application of the IGM-K6 welding robot in the production of the high speed EMU welding frame is analyzed and the application situation is evaluated from two aspects of product quality and production efficiency.After the application of IGM-K6 welding robot to the production of high speed EMU welding frame,the weld appearance and the internal quality of the weld have been greatly improved.At the same time,the production efficiency of the weldedframe has also been greatly improved,which ensures the punctuality of the welded frame products.The comprehensive application of IGM-K6 welding robot in batch welding of welded frames is realized. |
