The welding deformation results in low precision and delayed delivery of the welded structural parts.At present,most of the welding deformation can only be corrected after welding,can not be prevented before welding.Welding structure is very complex,the use of process test methods to find ways to prevent welding deformation is not economical.And the measurement of complex structural parts is also a problem.The author of this thesis adopt the method of system analysis in industrial engineering to solve the problem by brainstorming,Application of problem oriented method to find new technology to solve practical problems in production.The author of this thesis believe that by setting the order of each weld can control the welding deformation.So this thesis decided to use finite element software to simulate the size of the different welding deformation by different weld processing order.The welding sequence with the smallest amount of deformation is selected from these calculation structures.This order is used by welding robots for the manufacture of forklift frames.The welding deformation measurement data of the forklift frame can judge the accuracy of the calculation result.The results of the actual production show that the results of this study can greatly reduce the welding deformation to improve the dimensional accuracy of welding structure. |
