With the development of industry,consumers' demand for automobiles has become diversified,and the product renewal cycle has become shorter and shorter.In order to adapt to the fierce competition,the major automobile manufacturers will launch different product lines for different consumers and shorten the renewal cycle.Therefore,the development of modern automobile has changed from mass production to multi-variety and small-batch production.Therefore,the production system of the automobile is required to have certain flexibility to realize multiple models on the same production line.In the welding production line,the fixture of workpiece positioning and clamping plays an important role in determining the welding precision and quality of parts.Therefore,realizing the flexible switch of positioning fixture is an important link in realizing flexible production line.Flexible positioner means that the workpiece can be positioned and clamped automatically according to the data of different types of vehicles to achieve mixed-line production of multiple models.The flexible positioner can be used not only in the main welding line,but also in the sub-welding,such as the front floor,the rear floor,the front cabin,etc.Each station is generally composed of four or six or more flexible positioners to position and clamp the workpiece.Compared with the traditional single positioning fixture,the flexible positioner can reduce the changes of equipment and production process when the model is introduced,reduce the development cost of new models and shorten the development cycle.The flexible positioner has a very short model switching time,which can realize non-stop line switching and improve production efficiency.This equipment adopts three linear degrees of freedom design schemes of X,Y and Z.The product is divided into three parts: X,Y horizontal moving axis,Z vertical lifting axis and control system by modular design method.Z axis has a new structure,which is compact and occupies less space.The mechanical structure uses CAD technology to design each part in detail,and uses CAE technology to carry out finite element analysis on the overall rigidity of the system to ensure the equipment has sufficient rigidity and strength.In terms of the control system,the movement of the three axes is driven by the servo motor and controlled by a multi-axis motion control card to ensure that the device can be positioned quickly and accurately.For the trial-manufacture and performance testing of the prototype,we can find the problems that are not considered in the design and improve them,and evaluate whether the functional performance of the product meets the design requirements.Make better preparations for products to the market.
