With the rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing industry,automobile has gradually entered the vast family and become an important means of transportation.China's per capita automobile ownership has been increasing year by year,and China has also become the country with the largest automobile production and sales in the world.However,compared with European,American and Japanese automobile manufacturers,China's automobile manufacturing level is still lagging behind.In recent years,the concept of lean production has been studied and popularized in all walks of life in China.More and more automobile enterprises have adopted the production model of Toyota motor vehicles,that is,the production model of leveling.Based on the advanced production mode,car industry common problems are: how to achieve higher quality vehicles with the lowest logistics,the lowest inventory,the most convenient route.This paper focus on A company under the leveling of optimized production mode,to improve the problems arising from the logistics sorting of auto parts,analyze and formulate countermeasures by means of man-machine method and the leveling of the production mode of spare parts supply mode is optimized to improve.The paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of company A,elaborates on the theory of optimization and leveling production mode in combination with company A's structural reform project and the construction of the third production line,expounds the operation of parts distribution mode from the formulation of leveling production plan.On this basis,the paper studies and formulates how to improve the workload of operators under the mode of punctual and quantitative supply of parts,the automation of relevant material trolley,the design of error prevention of logistics sorting box,and the improvement of account tickets of operators.Through a series of optimization and improvement measures,the purpose of reducing cost and improving efficiency is achieved.Besides,the workload of operators is greatly reduced,the mistakes of part misidentification and omission are greatly reduced,and the risk of stopping production in the workshop is effectively controlled.
