Vehicle Maintenance Management Information System

With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,the number of private cars in China has been increasing,which has made people have higher requirements for the efficiency of urban transportation systems.Buses play a key role in the composition of the urban public transport system.To this end,it has caused a headache for public transport enterprises to maintain a good running state of public transport vehicles.After entering the era of information,an increasing number of enterprises are trying to manage the information of bus maintenance effectively through computer technology which gradually becomes one of the important means to improve the level of urban bus information management.Thus,it is of practical significance for enterprises to research and develop an information management system for bus maintenance.Firstly,this paper analysed the maintenance organization structure of No.1 Bus Co,Ltd.Guangzhou and the actual situation of the business process of bus vehicle maintenance,and confirmed the requirements for the system.This program is developed by adopting the C/S architecture,through the System Life Cycle Approach.And the client interface is designed by Delphi language,and the database is developed with SQL SERVER.At the stage of system development,the base tables such as vehicle information and fault diagnosis classification were defined at first.Later,taking the system user login module,access management module,maintenance information module,basic data module,knowledge management module and report design module as examples,the detailed design of the system is illustrated.After that,a report template is designed by using the report module function,and a report with actual data is output.Finally,based on the system data and combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,research and development on the secondary maintenance and optimization of the vehicles,the function of mandatorily automatic update and upgrade of the user terminal,and the related technology of querying information of vehicle repair through WeChat official accounts,makes the system more extensive and practical.Currently,the system has been used by the company.Through the management of the vehicle maintenance process and system function module such as designing and generating various reports,it could be helpful to improve the management efficiency of the maintenance factory and reduce the labor cost.The program achieved the expected results.
