| The article discuss power transmission and transformation project’s progress control in S Power-grid company.Entering twenty first century,economic in China developed rapidly for years.The state-owned enterprises need for more sophisticated management.They introduce the advanced progress control means,but very few effective and mature cases happened.The article solves problems of H project’s progress control.It brings theoretical significance and application significance.Firstly,the article reviews journal of progress control worldwide,introduces progress control theories and tools.Secondly,the article analyses the situation of progress management in S company’s power transmission and transformation project,points out the problems of progress control on H project.Thirdly,the article recommends critical chain to form a model for solution,based on 3 factors,through 5 steps.In the end,the article uses the model researching on H project in S company,analyses effects after using model,solve the problems,and shorten construction period for 58 days.The article researches progress control of H project,forms a model to manage buffers appropriately,prevent project extension effectively.Application of the model on H project is helpful to promote progress control on power-grid’s project. |
