| April 28,1999,Zhuhai power plant was officially established.The first phase of the completion of two stand-alone capacity of 700 MW subcritical coal-fired units,single capacity is the largest in the country,all the equipment imported.October 2006,Zhuhai power plant two units of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization project put into operation,the total investment of about.In June 2013,through the two overhaul,cancel desulfurization bypass,the transformation of low nitrogen burners,increase flue gas denitrification,electric bag dust,environmental emission standards to improve.2016,2017,to prepare two sets of ultra clean emissions transformation.With the state of the thermal power plant’senvironmental requirements more and more strict,and a large number of environmental protection projects have been building,the ring of mechanical inspection class pressure is more and more big.Old team division,inspection mode has been unable to adapt to the requirements of equipment maintenance.Therefore,we should consider how to scientific and reasonable to develop in line with the ring of the mechanical equipment characteristics and requirements of the modern enterprise management maintenance mode,conducive to enhance the efficiency of the maintenance team,to improve the reliability of the ring of the mechanical equipment,the availability and reduce maintenance costs.In the analysis of Zhuhai Power Plant ring machinery and equipment maintenance mode problem based on,this paper for ring equipment and professional characteristics,puts forward established a for Zhuhai Power Plant ring of new machinery and equipment maintenance mode--to condition based maintenance(CBM)supplemented with precise inspection,and discusses how the heat control equipment condition based maintenance of the significance and specific methods of implementation,including:(1)using TPM theory class to overhaul maintenance activities and site management optimization;(2)the use of RCM theory to optimize preventive maintenance;(3)using theory of RBM optimization criteria project maintenance package;(4)using RBI detection technology of major dangerous source of regional equipment optimization.The purpose is to optimize the production site of mechanical maintenance,ensure the safety and stable operation of the regional equipment,optimize the maintenance mode,improve work efficiency,save manpower,material resources and financial resources.In the use of condition based maintenance and TPM and RCM,RBM,RBI and other management theory,combined with Zhuhai Power Plant ring for mechanical equipment based on the existing problems,put forward the idea of the basic optimization,and through the "system cross rotation system,daily inspection optimization,RCAM asset management system optimization,production customization management case column comparison before and after optimization to test and verify that the optimized model is scientific. |
