The reliable operation of the power system is connected with the lifeblood of the national economy.With the continuous development of the national economy,the demand for the safe and economical operation of the power system is getting higher and higher.Thermal power is still the power system installed capacity of the largest,the greatest impact on the stability of the system an important part.In order to improve the reliability and economy of the power system,the maintenance of the electrical equipment for the thermal power plant no longer relies solely on the initial troubleshooting and the regular maintenance,and take the better conditional maintenance.State maintenance based on electrical equipment on-line monitoring of the data and accurate assessment of the state to give reasonable maintenance measures.Based on the types of major electrical equipment in the thermal power plant,this paper analyzes its specific operational indexes and determines the weights of these indicators according to the improved analytic hierarchy process.The improved hierarchical method establishes a symmetric comparison matrix based on the three coordinates.The optimal transfer matrix is used to solve the optimal homogeneous matrix,which effectively reduces the number of iterations and improves the convergence rate.In order to prevent the occurrence of the deterioration of the index,the variable weight formula is used to modify the weight of the index,so that the final index weight is more reasonable.In the determination of the evaluation model of the electrical equipment,this paper combines the grey theory and the specific point of the cloud model.The model transforms the randomness and ambiguity embodied in the qualitative concept into quantitative data,which improves the objectivity of the uncertainty data processing.And the economic life of the electrical equipment and the minimum annual cost of operation as a basis for the comparison of maintenance programs,according to the specific operation of electrical equipment to determine the best maintenance of electrical equipment.Finally,an example of a 110 kV transformer in a thermal power plant is used to verify the practicability and reliability of the condition based maintenance program.
