This thesis is based on Zhejiang Power Plant. Through analyzing the current situation of equipment maintenance management at home and abroad, the demand of equipment maintenance management in power plant and the existing condition of maintenance management system in power plant, as well as combining the actual demand of equipment maintenance management in power plant, the thesis designs and develops a set of equipment maintenance management system for power plant, and implements some functions of equipment maintenance management in power plant, such as equipment deficiency and fault management, equipment basic information management, equipment spare parts management, statistical analysis, etc. The thesis’ main content covers studying and introducing the merits and demerits of all kinds of current equipment maintenance modes, summarizing a set of modernized maintenance mode for power plant via the merits, as well as developing equipment maintenance management system based on.NET Framework Platform and MS SQL2005Database.Firstly, the thesis introduces the development history of equipment maintenance in power plant, analyzes the maintenance management content, expounds all kinds of current equipment maintenance modes and compares their merits and demerits. Secondly, it presents the equipment status in power plant, the important position of equipment maintenance management in the enterprise, and the specific demand of power plant to equipment maintenance management system. Next, it designs the concrete modules of equipment maintenance management system, including equipment basic information management, lubrication management, operation information management, equipment change information management, equipment deficiency and fault management, equipment maintenance management, spare parts management, system management, etc., and illustrates their specific functions. Then, it describes the system architecture, system environment and development platform, selects B/S based development mode, and uses.NET Platform and MS SQL2005Database to develop system. Finally, it explains the software details of system by running some interface auxiliary. The research results achieved here give a certain reference value and positive significance to equipment maintenance management of thermal power plant, and provide a new way of thinking for equipment maintenance management.
