Energy crisis has already become one of the biggest problems in the world.Chinese urbanization and construction process has been accelerated since the Economic Reform.Economic and civilization benefit from these huge changes,though environment suffers at the same time.Chinese government began to legislate and spread relevant laws on green building.However,due to the high cost and complexity of green building,popularizing progress is difficult.What's the cause of all these problems?This paper starts with stating the importance and necessity of green building.Then it concludes the basic methods of cost control and the development of green building according to literature revies study.Base on the building cost,architecture design and green building designof DSG project,it trys to find out the influencing factors of cost.Using simple economic evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)as tool,this paper comes to an conclusion that the DSG project is way too much over the cost and too high in the green building standards,points out the cause is the leak in the cost control of green building standards.With analysis of the cost and benefit in green building design,it starts to evaculate the DSG project from the beginning.From design to operate,under the consideration of stakeholders' equity,complete the evaculation system innovationally.The result reflects various interests,gives resference of cost control in green building design.In a conclusion,this paper compares the original architecture design and green building design with DSG project as example,offers several cost control methods and cost control in key node as well as key point in risk control,analyses from the design stage,offers reference for green building design cost control.
