Research On Development And Planning Strategy Of Chinese Aviation Featured Towns

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the People's Republic of China,a new urbanization development strategy has been put forward: "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing as the development concept".Developing new urbanization road,promoting industrial transformation,protecting ecological sustainable development,effectively driving employment and other issues have been become the focus of national attention.Therefore,the new industry,new ecology,new environment,new tourism,new development mechanism and other aspects of demand,gave birth to the new characteristic strategy of town.It is a product of the demand of the new urbanization,and also a mechanism and power for the development of urbanization.Featured towns synthesize the advantages and characteristics in various aspects.Because of the superposition functions of the industry,tourism,culture,community,the platform of characteristic towns not only has the core production function,but also has the intrinsic survival value and external visual image and humanistic care.Characteristic town platform can not only gather industry,but also gather professional talents because it suitable for production and livability,then it incubate more innovation.The research topic of this paper comes from the project of the small town which with aviation characteristics I am participating in.It makes me realize that as a relatively rare and relatively new type of small town with aviation characteristics,the planning and construction of small town with aviation characteristics are facing the predicament of lacking theoretical support.And also recognizes how to excavate the characteristics of small towns with aviation characteristics and make them unique is very important to demonstrate and build in concrete.Therefore,this paper aims at the hot spot of the characteristic town,through the comparison between Chinese and Western small towns,and the comparison of different types of small towns,and with the help of the typical case of Fubo aviation town in Fangchenggang,Guangxi,to learn the commonness of the group.From the individual characteristics,extending to a conventional case to the National Aviation characteristics of the Town planning and construction.A deep and systematic study on the development and planning strategy of small towns with aviation characteristics is expected to provide experience and reference for the development and construction of small towns with aviation characteristics.The research is mainly used literature review,comparative analysis,empirical analysis and other research methods.This paper is consists of three parts and five chapters:The first part is the first two chapters,which is part of the literature review.The first chapter is the introduction,focusing on the research background,research purposes and methods,sorting out the framework of the paper;and combing,elaborating and summarizing the relevant theories at home and abroad,and give a clear understanding of the object of this study.Chapter two compares the Chinese and Western towns from the aspects of historical evolution,development concept,planning strategy and so on,and draws a conclusion of similarities and differences,and then analyzes the essence of Chinese characteristic towns,explores its concept,connotation,basic characteristics and development motivation,and so on.Finally analysis and research the distinguish of relationship between the aviation characteristic towns and characteristic towns.The second part is the third chapter to the fourth chapter,which is the key part of this research.The third chapter makes an in-depth analysis and summary of several outstanding aviation towns at home and abroad,and puts forward some parts which can be learned;The fourth chapter makes an empirical study of the subject by using the actual case of the author-the Fubo aviation town project in Fangchenggang,Guangxi.The last part is the fifth chapter of this paper,which summarizes the research results of this paper,and puts forward to the research results of the development and planning strategy of small towns with aviation characteristics based on China's national conditions.And put forward some related suggestions and prospects.
