Research On Planning And Planning Management Mode In New Town Development

Since the21st century, our country has accelerated the urbanizations and facilitated more rapid economic growth. All regions speed up the building ofNewtown. Newtown construction is a key way for the urbanized advancement in China and plays a prominent part in the optimizing of the urban spatial configuration. But the new urban development may have tremendous consequences for the city forward plan by lack of full knowledge and effective management. According to statistics, thousands of the cities in building rise above the ordinary level of urbanizations and cause a quite cramped and characterless, bland town.Strategy and urban plan have a powerful influence on the growth of a city and the organization and management of strategy is the centerpiece of the urban construction for the government. Firstly, we are determined to set up a complete scientific and technological urban plan system to guide sustainable development. Secondly, we need to think realistically about integrating resources and team building. Thirdly, we should improve the systems of allowances for the records management and culture construction.I choose the management of urban planning and construction in Jinan Western Town as case study and tentatively discuss the function fixture, management structure and initial development strategies. This thesis introduced aim of strategy, management mode and organization structure and the management model combined with the development of the western town planning and construction is researched implemented. The result provides scientific guidance and references for the organization and management of the strategy and urban planning in Newtown construction.
