| With the development of social economy,the efficient production mode saves a lot of time for people.In addition,the sharp increase of income level makes urban residents more and more eager for leisure activities.Therefore,the leisure economy,which provides leisure consumption demand and leisure products,is promoted.Leisure economy is the inevitable product of social development to a certain stage,and it is the change of economic development direction caused by the change of consumption pattern.At the same time,in the process of urbanization,more and more cities open up new districts to evacuate the pressure of the central downtown,optimize the functional allocation of various regions of the city,and promote the healthy development of the city.In the construction of the new business district planning is crucial to the success of the business area of the building can make rapid development area mature,promoting the urbanization process,and a commercial area can be prosperous,depends on the composition of its each commercial projects will be benign operation,accurate positioning of the commercial project and reasonable planning is necessary for business prosperity.This paper,from the perspective of leisure economy,takes specific commercial projects in new urban districts as the research object,and through theoretical and empirical research,discusses the positioning and planning strategies of commercial projects in business districts under specific urban development background.First of all,through the literature review,analysis and summary,the scope of this study and the relevant concepts of the object,and the concept of confusing.In the part of literature review,through sorting out the theoretical research and development process of the new district at home and abroad,we can understand the contents concerned by different historical periods and the main ideas of various theories in the development of the new district.Through the study of business planning theory,it is necessary to understand the basic business theory and various factors affecting the scale and development of business,as well as the direction that different countries focus on the management and guidance of business development.After that,the preliminary basic research is expanded,such as: the level and characteristics of the business district,development mode,planning and management mode,etc.,and therelevant planning theory and design method are summarized,so as to facilitate the application in the subsequent empirical research.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of the empirical case,select multiple similar cases at home and abroad,from the location,layout characteristics,the composition of the formats,success factors were analyzed,and concluded that under the influence of leisure economy,the new common characteristics of successful commercial projects,for subsequent empirical case positioning and planning to provide the reference.Then,on the basis of theoretical research and case study,an empirical study was conducted on the huizhi wuzhou commercial complex project in xiangfang district,Harbin.At the level of planning and positioning,this paper expounds the key points in the project design from the aspects of location analysis,superior planning,development opportunities,project positioning,spatial form,architectural style and so on,and gives the planning strategies and concepts suitable for this project.At the planning and design level,the specific planning techniques and design principles of this project are expounded from the aspects of functional division,planning structure,spatial form,traffic organization and landscape design.Finally,based on the previous research,this paper summarizes the planning strategies and design principles of new district commercial complex projects as well as the elements influencing the success or failure of new district commercial projects,and points out the importance of combining the government orientation of urban development with the market orientation of commercial interests in the planning of new district commercial projects. |
