With the change of power grid,power structure and load composition,the operation characteristics of power grid become more and more complex and the regulation is more and more difficult.Large-scale power grid dispatching automation system needs to further improve the system decision-making technology and application level.The construction of "large-scale operation" system has entered a new normal state of high-efficiency operation.The coupling among sending and receiving terminals,AC and DC,upper and lower levels in power grid operation is becoming closer and closer.The characteristics of integrated and cooperative operation of large-scale power grid are becoming more and more obvious.Fully realizing the ability of automatic perception and synchronization of information,on-line stability analysis of power system,lean control management and data depth application have become the development direction of the new generation of control system.At present,there are many problems in Dalian dispatching automation,such as many maintenance application systems,many terminals,inconsistent multi-department and multi-system graph library models,inconsistent manufacturer standards,irregular nomenclature and duplication of system functions.In order to meet the needs of the future development of the power grid,a new generation of power grid dispatching and operation control system must be built,which can control the large power grid,improve the ability of optimal allocation of dispatching resources,possess the function of integrated data fusion,sharing of power grid model,and perfect the depth security protection system of the secondary power system.Based on the business requirements of various departments of the power system and adopting the advanced service-oriented architecture,this paper develops the supporting platform and basic application of Dalian dispatching prefecture-county integrated system,and designs efficient service bus,dynamic message bus and workflow with wide-area flow function.The model extraction,transformation and subscription publishing functions adapted to the computing business requirements are adopted to realize the "demand is available" of the regulatory model.Based on the unified,transparent and secure wide area model services,a secure mechanism for sharing the land-saving model is established,which can improve the level of model collaborative management.Based on the CIM/E model,the sharing technology for unified management and maintenance of the whole service model is developed.By studying the power system graphic description specification CIM/G,the unified integration of provincial and territorial models is proposed and realized,and the real-time monitoring application supporting wide-area cooperation is developed.It provides strong technical support for the integrated operation,dispatching and emergency command of the power grid.In this paper,by building a time series-based full-service model center,the deep integration and sharing of the regulatory business model are realized,and the difficult problem of model sharing between the regulatory business model,the provincial and local regulatory center is solved.It effectively supports the integrated and cooperative operation of all kinds of on-line and off-line calculation and analysis services of the State Grid Dalian Power Supply Company,and further improves the scientific rationality of power grid planning,the accuracy and reliability of the mode arrangement,the accuracy of calculation for protection setting and the lean management level of power grid operation.It realizes the "source maintenance,resource sharing" of multi-department business model of power system,and ensures the safe,economic and optimal operation of power grid.
