Preventive maintenance is an active way of maintenance to delay the development of pavement diseases through early maintenance.It can effectively reduce the cost of maintenance during the whole life of asphalt pavement.However,influenced by the factors such as road surface condition,temperature,humidity and traffic level,the adoption of different preventive maintenance measures is also different for improving the short-term effect and long-term effect of rutting,cracking and smoothness.Therefore,this paper carries out the research on preventive maintenance effect of asphalt pavement based on data statistics and analysis.Based on the results of SPS-3 test project in the LTPP database,this paper conducts a series of analysis and research on maintenance effects of four most common preventive measures of asphalt pavement.The specific research content is divided into the following four aspects:(1)Based the storage and management technology of big data,we extract and preprocess five typical disease data types and four different influencing factors of 81 sites.Based on this,SQL is used to further process the raw data,reconstruct the preventive maintenance database,establish short-term and long-term pavement disease index evaluation system and various influencing factors classification index system,and provide data support for subsequent research.(2)By selecting suitable short-term evaluation indicators for pavement disease,we explored four preventive maintenance measures,including thin layer,stone chip seal,slurry seal and sealing,to improve rutting,evenness and short form effects.At the same time,the SPSS single factor ANOVA was used to explore the significant degree of the short-term effects of different treatments compared with the control group.The average scatter plot for improving the overall effect of the five diseases is further verified and compared by various disposal measures.(3)Choose the weighted disease as the long-term evaluation index of pavement disease to establish the relationship map and explore the the long-term effectiveness of five diseases of the four preventive maintenance measures.The SPSS paired T test analysis was used to explore the significance of the treatment to improve the long-term effect of some diseases.The mean scatter plot and the cumulative frequency chart were used to verify the improvement of the long-term effect of the five diseases.(4)Adopting the Binary logistic regression analysis method,we set up the "0-1" model to explore the influences of temperature,humidity,traffic level and predisposal surface condition on the short-term effect of four preventive maintenance measures.Finally,combined with the previous research results,the appropriate suggestions for the maintenance and maintenance of different diseases in different areas were given.
